Your hair is an integral part of your identity. During your personalized consultation, you and Joy will talk about your hair goals, preferences, color options, and lifestyle/manageability. Along with the best hair care practices to maintain your hair/s health and vibrancy.

*All first time guests interested in color services are REQUIRED to have a consultation via email, text or Facetime.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it's necessary to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please note: A credit card is required to hold your appointment.

1. 48 Hour Cancellation Notice:

When needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or "no-shows", will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount.

2. Credit Card Hold:

A credit card is required to hold your appointment time. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and provide the best service to all our guests.

3. Cancellation Charge:

Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of time or "no shows" will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount.

4. Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
